Vitalis App is a mobile application designed to help patients avoid long queues and ease communication with doctors. Health is the most valuable aspect of human existence. Vitalis app eliminates long waiting hours, makes sure the desired doctor is available when booked, and allows patients to keep track of their medical data, thus simplifying the healthcare experience.
To understand user frustration, goals and requirements, we conducted user research with 120 patients, as well as 12 doctors working in various hospitals and private clinics. The user group consisted of adults familiar with internet, Android and iOS. 93% of patients said they would most definitely use this kind of application and it would make their lives a lot easier.
